Yellow melon is a typical summer fruit, much appreciated both in Macedonia and as an appetizer. Preserved in a cool andarly place, lends itself to being consumed even several month after collection in the winter. Melon is a true concentrate on vitamins A, c, e, b3, b5, b6, b9, in addition to fibersa, magnesium and calcium.
The yellow melon, cultivated in the Giorillo variety, is transplanted from march to june and a story from thr first decade of june to first decade of September and distribuited with the Aulè brand.
